About Healing Journey Orthopedic Massage

Most chronic pain isn't where it hurts. Healing Journey Orthopedic Massage is the SW Portland practice of Don Beatty, a Licensed Massage Therapist and NASM-certified Personal Trainer with 22+ years of experience. Rather than working only the spot that hurts, Don reads posture and joint alignment to trace back, hip, shoulder, knee and foot pain to its structural cause. Sessions pair orthopedic massage and manual therapy with corrective exercise you take home, so you can keep your body functioning without a weekly-visit routine. This isn't relaxation massage or chiropractic. It's for people whose pain hasn't resolved with standard care, and for active adults who want to stay that way. Don works alongside your doctor or PT.
